Movie Night and our Book Vending Machine are Rocking and Rolling at Dickey!

If you haven't heard, we have hosted our first Movie Night of the year and it was a hit!  We had a full house of our friends and family together watching Toy Story 5.  We had a great time just hanging out together, watching a great movie, enjoying pizza and snacks, and lots of laughs.  It's events like this that bring our community closer and makes our school a great place for our kids to learn.  In addition, as we mentioned at Meet the Teacher this year, our Book Vending Machine has arrived.  Levi Dickey PTO and administration worked together to fund a book vending machine that is being used to celebrate students that showcase being Responsible, Respectful, Safe and College Ready.  Students that turn in their Golden Eagle Tickets during our Golden Eagle Store (our first one will be later this month) will be able to get a free book of their choice, and the book is theirs to keep.  If it wasn't for our fundraising efforts and school funds, we wouldn't be able to have such an amazing opportunity like this, and the kids absolutely LOVE IT!  Just ask them!
